           MUSCLE TONE

 

 

We work on improving muscle tone in each class to re-shape the body  and to permanently  increase the  metabolism resulting in more calories being burnt even when you are not exercising - this can't be a bad thing! Increasing your muscle tone can imrove your body composition and appearance, raise self esteem, and have very positive health benefits such as helping reduce the symptoms of arthritus, osteoporosis and sleep disorders.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

Alot of the exercises we do work on improving core strenth  - especially important after child birth and also for carrying around ever growing children! Core strenth is a fundamental in all activities in life and can improve posture, silhouette and confidence.

           GROUP TRAINING
 
Group training is a great way to make exercise a fun and sociable occasion. Working out with existing friends or with new ones made at the classes is a fantastic motivator and makes people less likely to give up on their fitness goals!
